Delivery Options

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently. Our current shipping partners include DPD, LP Express, FedEx, DHL and others.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

Please note that order fulfillment typically takes up to 3 working days after we receive your order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 14 business days within Europe, and 7 to 30 business days for the rest of the world.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Global Shipping & Customs Policies

When shipping outside the European Union (such as to the UK or North America), your local government might apply import taxes, VAT, or other clearance fees once the package crosses the border.

Please note that Forest Food Shop does not collect these fees at checkout, nor do we have control over how they are calculated. The customer acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for covering any such charges to release the goods from customs.

Should a delivery be rejected or abandoned because of unpaid import fees, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting return shipping costs or customs penalties from your eligible order refund.

Receiving Your Goods (Damages)

We pack every order with great care, but transit accidents can happen. When your package arrives, please inspect the outer box carefully before signing the delivery slip.

If you notice tears, severe dents, or signs of mishandling, you must point this out to the courier on the spot and ask them to document it in an official damage report. Accepting and signing for a package without noting the damage means you confirm it arrived in perfect condition, which may void future transit claims.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We accept returns of unopened and completely sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them and notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

If the product is returned for other reasons not related to our fault, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that in such cases, a standard return handling fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.
